1. Accepting these terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ReApp, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ReApp.
2. What ReApp is
ReApp is a general-wellness timer that offers a short, optional breathing pause during screen-based work. It can run as a native Mac menu-bar app, a browser experience, an MCP-backed ChatGPT app, or a Codex plugin.
3. Use ReApp in a way that feels comfortable
You control whether to begin, continue, or end a reset. Breathe in a way that feels comfortable for you. Stop the exercise and return to normal breathing if you feel dizzy, short of breath, panicked, in pain, or otherwise uncomfortable. Seek appropriate professional or emergency help when needed.
4. Beta software
ReApp is currently offered as a free public beta. Features may change, pause, or be removed. The software may contain errors or become temporarily unavailable. Keep a copy of important work and do not rely on ReApp for emergency, medical, safety-critical, or time-critical purposes.
5. AI and background-work limitations
AI-generated wording may be incomplete or inaccurate. Fixed code—not generated text—controls ReApp’s breathing timer. A separate AI task continues only when the host and workflow support background or parallel work. ReApp does not guarantee that ChatGPT, Codex, or any other host will continue a task while the timer is visible.
6. Permitted use
You may install and use the published beta for personal or internal business purposes. You may not:
- use ReApp in violation of law or another person’s rights;
- attempt to access the service, systems, or credentials without authorization;
- use the tool to submit restricted data, credentials, or protected health information;
- interfere with service operation, security controls, or rate limits; or
- misrepresent ReApp as made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with OpenAI or Apple.
7. Ownership and license
ReApp, its branding, and its proprietary software are owned by Divine Leader LLC or its licensors. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the published beta. No rights are granted except those stated here or in a separate written license.
8. Third-party services
ReApp may interoperate with services from OpenAI, Apple, Vercel, and GitHub. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. ReApp is an independent product and is not endorsed by OpenAI or Apple.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReApp is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divine Leader LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or productivity arising from ReApp. Our total liability for claims related to the free beta will not exceed US $25. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Ending use and changes
You may stop using ReApp at any time. We may suspend access when needed for security, misuse, legal compliance, or service changes. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement about the beta unless we enter a separate written agreement with you. Applicable law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
